Services Performed
  • Operate vehicle to produce and confirm symptom. Perform necessary diagnostic and testing procedures to confirm source of failure. Estimate needed repairs. Pulled car into the shop and air bag light is off. Scanned for codes. Had 2 stored in history one for the passenger seat sensor and one for drivers seat belt pretensioner. Both are testing good and reading correctly on the scan tool. With this being an intermittent issue. More than likely it has a bad wire or connection somewhere. I wiggled and tugged on the wires I could access to try and get the codes to set. Unable to get the light to come back on. Light will need to be on in order to try and trace the failure point down.
