  • Pulled car into the shop and there was no lights on in the dash at this time. Scanned the entire car for codes and it only had one stored in the abs history. C1613- CAN transmission not matched. Cleaned the connector and added dielectric grease to it to keep dirt and condensation off the terminals. Test drove car and no codes returned. No codes stored for the crank sensor.

  • Pulled car into the shop and checked the coolant level. Was low. Checked for cooling fan operation. Both fans and relays working as they should. Pressure tested the cooling system and found the water pump is leaking. Recommend replacing the water pump and drive belt then preform a coolant flush. Timing cover is leaking oil as well.

  • Road test vehicle. Inspect power steering pump, gear box and or rack pinion for wear. Inspect system for leaks. Flush power steering fluid and replace with new. Recheck connections and mechanisms.

  • Perform complimentary multi point vehicle maintenance and health inspection.
  • Remove and replace rear brake pads and rotors. Clean and lubricate brake caliper slide mechanisms. Check and fill brake fluid. Road test vehicle.
  • Right front caliper is not retracting causing the inner pad to go metal to metal it will need need rotors pads calipers and hoses in the front with a brake flush. The rear pads are thin as well under 3mm I would recommend they be changed as well. Front: pads, rotors, calipers, hoses, brake flush Rear: pads and rotors

  • Went out to get the van and it would not start.dead battery. Jump started the van and got int the shop could smell sulfur around the battery. Battery sides are swollen. Tested the battery and it has a bad cell. Installed a jump box in place of the battery and tested the charging system and it is charging at 14 volts. Needs to have a new battery installed.

  • EXCHANGE FLUID IN THE ENTIRE BRAKE SYSTEM FROM MASTER TO ALL FOUR WHEELS. INSPECTING FOR LEAKS, TEST BRAKE SYSTEM.
  • MASTER CYLINDER – Remove & Replace – All Applicable Models – [Includes: Bleed Brake System. NOTE: Deduct .4 when used in conjunction with any other Brake operation(s).]
  • Perform complimentary multi point vehicle maintenance and health inspection.
  • Pulled into the shop and brake pedal is going to the floor. Tried to preform abs bleed. Pedal still low. Blocked off the master cylinder and tried the pedal again and it will not go to the floor. May be a small piece of debri stuck in the valve. To keep from getting stuff in the new abs unit recommend replacing the master as well and flushing the entire system.
